Temporary COVID Shipping Policy

Unfortunately, due to COVID shipping safety and restrictions we cannot accept returns at this time. 

          We had a great sale last week! But, some stock may be unavailable after purchase from the site. We will immediately issue a refund for any of these overlaps. We apologize for any inconvenience!

 

What is your Shipping Policy?

When you submit an order, we will make all diligent efforts to get your merchandise out to you in a timely manner. Please note once your order ships, no changes can be made to a shipping address.

We ship via UPS, USPS and FedEx; for standard shipping, please allow 4-8 business days for delivery, excluding holidays. If an item is out of stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you as quickly as possible.

 

How Do you Handle Returns and Exchanges?

Unfortunately, due to COVID shipping safety and restrictions we cannot accept returns at this time. Exchanges may be initiated if necessary within 10 days of purchase.

Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. 

If you'd like an exchange and we have the item in-stock please allow 4-8 days for us to receive your return, we will then ship out the new item.

What is your Intimates Return Policy?

Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. 

Due to the intimate nature of the items, ALL underwear are final sale.

All items exchanged must be unworn, undamaged and in the exact condition as they arrived (including all labels/tags intact).

Exclusions:

Unfortunately, due to COVID shipping safety and restrictions we cannot accept returns at this time.

We do not accept returns on underwear, hosiery, body stockings, or nipple pasties.

How long until I am refunded?

Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the credit to post to your credit card account, and an additional 2 to 3 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your billing statement as each bank's processing time varies.

Credit will be issued for the original amount that was paid for the merchandise, excluding shipping fees.

Refunds for exchange purposes will be issued in the original form of payment only.
